Rule for shipping of alcoholic beverages

For individuals aged 21 and over only.

Please read carefully!

Due to recent changes implemented by shipping carriers to comply with the requirements of governments in various countries, we strongly recommend that, before completing your purchase, you check with the appropriate authorities in your country to confirm whether the importation of alcoholic beverages is permitted for both individuals and businesses, in order to avoid any customs-related issues.

Please remember that each country has its own regulations, and it is the buyer's sole responsibility to understand and comply with these rules before placing an order.

Alcoholic Beverage Shipping Policy – United States

Our alcoholic beverages can be shipped to many countries around the world; however, the United States requires special attention.

Some U.S. states allow individuals to import alcoholic beverages for personal consumption (up to a maximum of 5 liters), while other states require the importer to obtain an import permit issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA).

We have had cases in which the FDA import permit was required, but our customers were able to resolve the matter directly with their local customs authorities.

We have also had shipments delivered to the United States without any customs requirements or requests for an FDA permit.

For this reason, we strongly recommend that, before placing your order, you contact the customs authority in your state or the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) directly to verify the regulations that apply to your destination.

Please remember:

In all circumstances, the buyer is, and will always remain, solely responsible for complying with all customs clearance procedures, as well as for the payment of any import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges imposed by local authorities.

⚠️ IMPORTANT:

The purchase of any alcoholic beverage is not eligible for return, cancellation, refund, or reimbursement of any kind.

A cancellation request will only be accepted if submitted before the order has been shipped.

Note: Even if the shipping carrier updates the shipment status to "Returned to Sender" after the product is denied entry into the destination country by Customs, the product will never be returned to us. Instead, it will be discarded by the carrier. This is because when we ship an order, we pay only for the outbound shipping cost and do not authorize or pay for the return of the package under any circumstances.

Thank you for taking the time to read this important information.
