Alcoholic Beverage Policy for the United States

Our alcoholic beverages can be shipped worldwide.

However, the United States is a special case.

Some U.S. states allow individuals to import alcoholic beverages for personal consumption (up to a maximum of 5 liters), while other states require individuals to have an import license from the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).

We have had cases where an FDA license was required, but our customers resolved the issue directly with their local customs authorities.

We have also had cases where shipments to the U.S. were delivered without any customs requirements.

Therefore, we strongly recommend that before making a purchase, you research the regulations with your state’s customs authority or directly with the FDA (Food and Drug Administration).
