RETURN AND REFUND

 

If you want to RETURN your product, please contact us at contact@brazilianshop.net within 7 days of receiving it.

We ask that the product be in its originais condition, complete, with any packaging provided and that you include your User ID on the packaging so that we can promptly issue a REFUND.

 In the case of RETURN, the postage cost is not refundable, i.e., the buyer will be responsible for the cost of return postage.

 The REFUND will be issued already with the deduction of the P&P (Postage and Packing) cost as soon as the returned product has been received and checked.
