I never received it , it got stopped in customes because I needed some sort of permit that I had no clue I needed for 1 bottle. Now im out the money and no wine.
Our Alcoholic Beverage Policy clearly states that the buyer is and will always be solely responsible for any customs clearance requirements, including the payment of import duties and taxes, if applicable.
The buyer read our Policy and sent us an email confirming that they agreed to its terms.
Therefore, there is no reason to hold us responsible, as the buyer was informed in advance that, although it is very unlikely to happen, there is still a possibility that customs may request additional documents from the recipient in order to release the product.
