How our international shipping works

Brazilian Shop USA Corp ships products from the United States or Brazil, depending on the origin indicated on each product page.

International shipping

For shipments from Brazil to other countries and from the United States to other countries, we use DAP (Delivered at Place), in accordance with our shipping process. Import duties and taxes are not collected in advance by the store. When applicable, these amounts and customs clearance charges are collected from the recipient by the carrier or the service responsible for clearing the shipment.

Documents and shipment tracking

The carrier or customs authority may request information or documents from the recipient. Please monitor the tracking information and communications related to your shipment.

Customs processing may affect the estimated delivery time. If you receive a request for documents, a payment request, or a notification that your shipment has been held or returned, please contact the carrier and our team at contact@brazilianshop.net.

Shipping within the United States

When a product is shipped from a location in the United States to an address in the United States, the shipment is domestic. Applicable sales taxes are calculated and displayed at checkout.

The buyer waives any type of refund if their shipment is held or returned for one of the following reasons:

1) Failure to provide any document required for the release of their shipment;

2) Refusal to pay any fee or import tax, if charged.
