Wine made from American and hybrid grapes - Burgundy and Isabel. In soft wines, however, there is a higher concentration of sugar than that observed in dry wines. Mioranza sweet red table wine has no preservatives. Before bottling, this wine is pasteurized, that is, its temperature is raised, through technological processes, until it reaches 75°C. This means that fermentation, caused by natural agents, is avoided without the use of preservatives. It is ideal to be consumed with light dishes, by people who are just beginning to appreciate wines.
